Suggest a better description~- salt & freshly ground black pepper 4 red sea bream steaks -- each weighing -- approximately 175g -- (6oz) Mix together all the ingredients except the fish. Place steaks on a foil-lined grill rack. Spread one side of each steak with half the lime mixture. Place under a preheated medium grill for 5-6 minutes. Turn steaks over, spread with remaining mixture and grill for a further 5-6 minutes or until the fish is cooked. This dish needs only simple accompaniments such as new potatoes and a green vegetable. NOTES : The fragrant lime mixture caramelises slightly on the underside leaving the fish moist underneath.
