Ingredients

2 c Thawed, sliced, frozen
1 1/4 c Nuts (pecans)

GLAZE

2 c Sugar
1/4 c Hot water
1 1/2 c Vegetable oil
1 ts Soda
1 ts Salt
3 c Flour
4 Eggs, beaten
1 ts Cinnamon
1 c Powdered sugar

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 2 well greased 9x5x3" loaf pans. Bake for about 1 hour or until bread tests done. Mix glaze ingredients together and drizzle over bread.
