SLIT the pomfrets and keep aside. Grind all the marinade ingredients to a paste and apply the mixture to the fillets. Heat olive oil in a pan. Place the pomfret fillets, marinade side down and cook till golden brown. Serve on a bed of well browned onions with crispy lady fingers and corn bread. Converted by MC_Buster.
