Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c Skim milk
  • 1 1 oz. packag sugar free
  • ; pudding mix
  • 1 c Non-fat coffee or cappuccino
  • 6 oz Fat free cool whip
  • 2 tb Unsweetened cocoa powder

Preparation

Directions: Pour milk and pudding mix in food processor and puree until thick. Or, whisk by hand in bowl. Fold in yogurt, cool whip and cocoa powder. Spoon into individual serving dishes and chill for several hours. Calories = 112 per 1/2 cup serving Fat = 2.6 grams. Converted by MC_Buster. Converted by MM_Buster v2.0l.
