Low-Fat Passover Granola Ingredients

2 c Matzoh farfel 1/2 c Raisins
1/2 c Walnuts; chopped 1/4 c Pitted dates; sliced
2/3 c Honey 1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Cinnamon

Instructions for Low-Fat Passover Granola

Source: Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel 3/17/99 (Adapted slightly to fatfree) Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Place ingredients in a large bowl, stirring with a spoon until well mixed. Using a nonstick shallow baking pan, spread mixture evenly inside. Bake for 90 minutes, until mixture browns. (Watch carefully after an hour to make sure it does not get too brown.) Cool.
