Leftover Cooked Rice - Berry Rice Layer Dessert Ingredients
300 g Cooked white
rice

Zest
; shredded, juice
350 g Ripe berries; prepared
; squeezed
4 tb
Vanilla
sugar
450 g Creme fraiche; (or fromage
2 tb Berry conserve
Extra fruits or
mint

Instructions for Leftover Cooked Rice - Berry Rice Layer Dessert
Whizz the rice, half of the berries, and all of the sugar along with the fruit conserve briefly in a food processor to a rosy puree. Layer this in 4 serving glass dishes or bowls.
