Lemon And Cumin Crackwheat Ingredients
300 g Bulgar
wheat
3 ts Ground
cumin
2 tb Virgin
olive oil
2 Cloves
garlic
; crushed
1 Unwaxed
lemon
; washed and
Freshly ground black
pepper
; finely chopped
Instructions for Lemon And Cumin Crackwheat
1 Soak the bulgar wheat in boiling water as directed on the packet. 2 In a large pan, heat the oil. Add the chopped lemon and fry for two minutes. Add the cumin and garlic and fry for 30 seconds 3 Stir in the bulgar wheat and stir fry for a further 1-2 minutes. Season well with black pepper and serve at once. Converted by MC_Buster.
