Lemon and Rosemary Steaks Ingredients

1/2 c Fresh lemon juice 2 Lemons; zest of
1/3 c Fresh lime juice 1 ts Salt
3/4 c Olive oil 1/2 ts Cracked black pepper
1/3 c Fresh rosemary spikes 8 Steaks of your choice

Instructions for Lemon and Rosemary Steaks

Combine all ingredients except the steaks and whisk together well. Add the steaks and allow to marinate in the fridge for 4 to 6 hours or overnight. Turn the steaks at least twice during this time. Remove the steaks from the marinade and barbecue or grill to required doneness, brushing with a little marinade during cooking but discarding any left over marinade. Converted by MC_Buster.
