Lemon Blueberry Bread Ingredients

1/3 c Butter or margarine; melted 1/2 c Milk
1 c Sugar 2 tb Grated lemon peel
3 tb Lemon juice 1/2 c Nuts; chopped
2 Eggs 1 c Blueberries; fresh or frozen
1 1/2 c Flour GLAZE
1 ts Baking powder 2 tb Lemon juice
1/2 ts Salt 1/4 c Sugar

Instructions for Lemon Blueberry Bread

In a mixing bowl, beat butter, sugar, juice and eggs. Combine flour, baking powder and salt; stir into egg mixture alternately with milk. Fold in peel, nuts and blueberries. Pour into a greased 8 x 4 x 2 loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 60 to 70 minutes or until bread tests done. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, combine glaze ingredients.
