Lemon Dill Sauce Ingredients

1/2 c Minced shallots 1 ts Dijon mustard
1 ts Minced garlic 1/2 c Heavy cream
1/2 c Dry white wine 5 tb Unsalted butter; cubed
Juice of one lemon Salt; to taste
1/4 c Chopped fresh dill Freshly-ground black pepper;

Instructions for Lemon Dill Sauce

In a sauce pan, combine the shallots, garlic, wine, and lemon. Bring the liquid up to a boil. Stir in the dill and cook for 3 minutes. Whisk in the mustard and cream, continue to cook for 2 minutes. Whisk in the butter a cube at a time, until all the butter is incorporated. Season with salt and pepper. This recipe yields ?? cups of sauce.
