Lemon Sole with Chilled Prawn And Watercress Ingredients

1 200 gram car natural Greek ; (4oz)
2 tb Mayonnaise Salt and freshly ground
1 tb Horseradish or mild mustard 1 tb Olive oil
1 75 grams bag watercress; 25 g Butter; (1oz)
125 g Prawns; defrosted, drained 4 tb Plain flour
; and roughly chopped 8 Fillets lemon sole;

Instructions for Lemon Sole with Chilled Prawn And Watercress

Place the yogurt in a bowl with the mayonnaise, horseradish or mustard, watercress, prawns and seasoning mix well and chill until required. Heat the oil and butter in a frying pan. Mix together the flour and seasoning on a plate and use to coat both sides of the fish. Cook the fish in batches and serve with the prawn and watercress sauce.
