James Darrens Pomodori Acciughe Ingredients
1/4 c
Olive oil
3 Leaves
basil
; chop
1 cn
Anchovies
; (2 ounces) drain
3 tb
Parsley
; mince
1 cl
Garlic
; mince
12 oz Marinara sauce
2 sm Red chili
pepper
; chop
2 tb
Caper
s; drain
2/3 c Black
olive
s; chop
Penne
pasta; cook; drain
Instructions for James Darrens Pomodori Acciughe
In olive oil saute anchovies until dissolved; add garlic, chili pepper and olives. Saute a few minutes. Add basil, parsley and marinara. Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve over penne. Source: Live with Regis and Kathie Lee. Converted by MM_Buster v2.0l.
