1 tb Sherry 1/2 c Skim milk
1/4 c Fat-free mozzarella cheese 1 tb Mirin
CREAM SAUCE #2 Oregano; parsley
2 ts Cornstarch LEMON PEPPER
1/2 c Stock 1 tb Cornstarch

HERB SAUCE1/8 ts Pepper
