Kiffeletti (Fried Gnocchi Horseshoes) Ingredients

1 oz Gnocchi dough Salt and pepper
3 c Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions for Kiffeletti (Fried Gnocchi Horseshoes)

Take 1 ounce of the gnocchi dough, roll with lightly floured hands into a 4-inch rope and then shape as a horseshoe. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown, drain on paper towel.
