Iceberg Lettuce Wedges with Stilton Dressing And Radishes Ingredients

3 tb Crumbled Stilton or other	1 ts Wine vinegar
; blue cheese	Four; (1-inch-thick)
1 tb Vegetable oil	; wedges of iceberg
1 tb Sour cream or plain yogurt	; lettuce
1 1/2 ts Water	3 Radishes; diced fine

Instructions for Iceberg Lettuce Wedges with Stilton Dressing And Radishes

In a small bowl mash the Stilton with a fork and stir in the oil, the sour cream, the water, and the vinegar.
