Herb Vinaigrette Ingredients

3 c Picked herbs; any variety 1 ts Chopped garlic
(stay away from rosemary and 1 c Extra-virgin olive oil
2 tb Lemon juice Salt; to taste
3 tb Chopped shallots Freshly-ground white pepper;

Instructions for Herb Vinaigrette

Chop the herbs as fine as you desire, and then place in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients. This recipe yields 2 to 2 1/2 cups of vinaigrette.
