In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together. Blend throughly, then cover with plastic wrap and let sit in refrigerator at least 6 hours. Shape the sausage mixture into patties and fry in a large skillet over medium high heat until crispy brown on the outside and cooked through on inside, about 5 minutes on each side.
