Suggest a better description1. Preheat the oven to 190?C/375F/Gas Mark 5. 2. Roast the leg of lamb following instructions on the pack. 3. Meanwhile, blend together the honey, mustard, garlic, thyme and seasoning. 4. 20 minutes before the end of the cooking time, spoon over the glaze and continue cooking. 5. When cooked, remove the lamb from the roasting tin and keep warm. 6. Strain off any excess fat, then place the roasting tin on the hob and simmer for 1-2 minutes stirring occasionally. Serve the sauce in the roasting tin with the lamb and garnish with fresh thyme. NOTES : A delicious roast lamb with a hint of the orient.
