4 Crunchie bars; cut into	; tablespoons of
; pieces	; liquor (6oz)
175 g Ginger in ginger wine;	1 Traditional brandy snap

Scoop the ice-cream into a bowl and combine with the crunchie bars, ginger and liquor, mix to incorporate. Place in the freezer to harden up again.
