Ingredients

  • 1 1 liter tub soft scoop dairy
  • 4 Crunchie bars; cut into
  • 175 g Ginger in ginger wine;
  • ; reserving 3
  • ; tablespoons of
  • ; liquor (6oz)
  • 1 Traditional brandy snap
  • ; pieces

Preparation

Scoop the ice-cream into a bowl and combine with the crunchie bars, ginger and liquor, mix to incorporate. Place in the freezer to harden up again. Transfer scoops of the ice-cream mixture into the brandy snap baskets and serve immediately. Converted by MC_Buster.
