Preparation
Scoop the ice-cream into a bowl and combine with the crunchie bars, ginger and liquor, mix to incorporate. Place in the freezer to harden up again. Transfer scoops of the ice-cream mixture into the brandy snap baskets and serve immediately. Converted by MC_Buster.
