Hot And Spicy Chicken with Raita Ingredients

4 Hot and spicy chicken 1 tb Freshly chopped mint
; thighs or 12 hot and spicy 1 tb Freshly chopped coriander
; wings 300 ml Natural yogurt; (1/2 pint)
RAITA Salt and freshly ground
1/2 Cucumber; finely diced

Instructions for Hot And Spicy Chicken with Raita

Delicious accompanied with basmati or pilau rice and mango chutney. 1. Barbecue the chicken drumsticks or thighs over a moderate heat for 30-40 minutes, or the chicken wings for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally. 2. Mix together the cucumber, mint, coriander and yogurt then chill until required. Season to taste just before serving. 3. Serve the chicken with the raita. Converted by MC_Buster.
