2 tb Olive oil	1/3 c Avocado Vinaigrette; see *
Salt; to taste	Mesclun or young lettuce
Freshly-ground black pepper;	4 sl Ripe tomato
1 sm Red onion; sliced into

Instructions for Grilled Tuna Sandwich W Red Onions And Avocado Vinaigrette

* Note: See the "Avocado Vinaigrette" recipe which is included in this collection. Prepare a wood or charcoal fire and let it burn down to embers. Brush the tuna steaks with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill for 2 minutes on each side for rare steaks.
