Grilled Vegetable Plate Ingredients

MARINADE1/4 c Basil
1 c Fresh garlic 2 Lemons; (juice only)
1 c Fresh parsley 1 tb Salt
1/4 c Oregano 1 tb Black pepper
1/4 c Tarragon 1 qt Olive oil

Instructions for Grilled Vegetable Plate

Chop parsley, tarragon, basil, and oregano together until very fine. Mix garlic, chopped herbs, lemon juice, salt, black pepper and olive oil. Cut up zucchini, tomatoes, mushrooms, squash, onions (any vegetables). Baste vegetables with marinade and charbroil on barbeque grill. Serve as an entree or a side dish. Converted by MC_Buster.
