Grilled Catch of the Day Ingredients

250 g King fish; cut into pieces THE HERB RICE
THE MARINADE100 g Rice; parboiled
20 g Green pepper Butter
2 ts Ginger paste; (10 g) 1 ts Garlic; chopped (5 g)
2 ts Lemon juice; (10 ml) 1/4 ts Oregano; (1 g)
1 ts Chopped celery; (5 g) 10 g Scallion; chopped fine
Salt and pepper to taste Salt to taste

Instructions for Grilled Catch of the Day

MIX all the marinade ingredients and marinate the fish in this mixture for a few minutes. Grill the fish till tender. To prepare the herb rice : Heat butter in a pan. Saute garlic, oregano and scallion for one minute. Add rice and salt to taste and saute till done. Place the fish on a bed of ragout of grilled vegetables and herb rice. Converted by MC_Buster.
