Grilled Plantains with Spicy Brown Sugar Glaze Ingredients

6 Ripe plantains; peeled and 1 tb Honey
On the bias 1/8-inch thick 1/2 tb Chipotle puree
1 tb Olive oil; for brushing 2 tb Chopped cilantro
4 tb Brown sugar

Instructions for Grilled Plantains with Spicy Brown Sugar Glaze

Prepare grill. Brush plantains with olive oil and grill for 2 minutes on both sides. Combine all remaining ingredients in a bowl well. Brush on plantains. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
