Goan Grilled Fish Ingredients

1 md Sized rawas; bekti or fish 1 Tomato; chopped fine (100
; your choice, ; g)
; cleaned and cut 1 ts Garam masala powder; (5 g)
; into pieces 1 Potato; peeled and cubed
1 Lemon; juice of ; (50 g)
Salt to taste A pinch of turmeric powder
1 tb Oil; (15 ml) 2 ts Vinegar; (10 ml)
1 Onion; sliced fine (50 g)

Instructions for Goan Grilled Fish

MARINATE the fish pieces with lime juice and salt, and keep aside for 15 minutes. Heat oil in a pan and saute the sliced onion till light brown. Add tomato, garam masala powder and potato cubes. Fry well. Add turmeric powder and saute well. Cover and cook till done. Lastly add the marinated fish and vinegar. Check seasoning Serve hot with fresh salad. Converted by MC_Buster.
