Goreng Sayur (Deep Fried Vegetables) Ingredients

2 Florets cauliflower 5 oz Flour
2 Florets broccoli 4 oz Water
1 md Carrot Oil
1 md Onion Satay sticks
1 1/2 ts Salt

Instructions for Goreng Sayur (Deep Fried Vegetables)

To make the batter, pour the flour and the salt in a bowl and add the water. Whisk slowly and then vigorously until smooth. Wash all the vegetables and cut them into chunky bite size.
