Gorgonzola Salad Ingredients

3 c Red leaf-lettuce Oil
2 oz Gorgonzola cheese Salt & pepper to taste
2 tb Olive oil 2 c Boston lettuce; (or bib or
1 1/2 ts Red wine vinegar ; you
1 1/2 ts Lemon juice Prefer)
3 tb Chopped sundered tomatoes in

Instructions for Gorgonzola Salad

In large bowl, tear up lettuces. Set aside. Crumble gorgonzola. Sprinkle gorgonzola cheese over lettuce. Toss to mix. Set aside. In small jar w/ tight-fitting lid, combine oil, vinegar, lemon juice, sun-dried tomatoes, salt & pepper. Shake till well mixed. When ready to serve, pour sun-dried tomato dressing over lettuces & gorgonzola cheese in bowl. Approximately 4 minutes.
