Greek Roast Chicken Ingredients

2 4-lb chickens Pepper
1/2 c Olive oil 2 c Canned tomatoes
4 tb Lemon juice 1/4 lb Pareve margarine
Salt 2 tb Oregano

Instructions for Greek Roast Chicken

Around the World Jewish Cookbook by Gold & Stambler Combine oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper. Brtush chickens with mixture. Roast at 375 for 1 hour. Add tomatoes & margarine to pan drippings.
