Ingredients

1 Leaf lettuce head; torn
1/3 Cucumber; seedless; thinly
1/3 c Sweet onion; Finely chopped
1 Tomato; cut into wedges
1/2 c Black olives
4 oz Feta cheese; crumbled

OIL AND LEMON DRESSING

1 tb Oregano; fresh and chopped
2 tb Lemon juice
2 tb Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
