Gallet of Tomatoes Ingredients

5 Organic plum tomatoes 150 ml Olive oil; (5fl oz)
8 Puff pastries 10 Big tbsp sun dried tomatoes
Sea salt Smoked mozzarella; one big
2 Stalks; (7 tbsp) fresh basil

Instructions for Gallet of Tomatoes

Slice the mozzarella into 8 pieces. Prepare the pastry as described on the packet. Marinate the basil in the olive oil. Slice the fresh tomatoes, blanche and skin them and put them on top of the pastries. Put the sun dried tomatoes on top, then a slice of the mozzarella on top of 4 slices of the fresh tomatoes.
