Ginger Shrimp And Broccoli Ingredients

2 lb Cleaned shrimp 1 tb Grated fresh ginger
4 c Broccoli florets 2 tb Sesame oil
1 md Red bell pepper - sliced Soy sauce to taste
2 Minced garlic cloves

Instructions for Ginger Shrimp And Broccoli

Directions: Preheat the oven to 450 degrees or start barbecue grill to medium high. Using Reynolds foil bags, arrange the shrimp, broccoli, bell pepper inside the bag in an even layer. Sprinkle with the garlic and ginger. Drizzle the sesame oil over the top. Seal the bag and place in a 1" deep pan. Slide the bag onto the grill or place in the oven. Grill 15-20 minutes in a covered grill, or bake for 30 minutes. Use oven mitts to cut open the foil bag with a sharp knife. Fold back the top of the bag, allowing the steam to escape.
