White Meat Ravioli Ingredients
3/4 lb Chicken breast OR
veal

Ground
Canned
tuna
; chopped
1 tb
Brandy
or dry sherry
2 tb
Shallot
s; finely chopped
Pasta
dough
2 Plum
tomato
es; chopped
SAUCE
1 ts Dried leaf
sage
; crumbled
2 tb
Olive oil
1/4 ts
Mace

Scallion
s; thinly sliced
1/4 c Parmeson or Romano cheese;
2 Cloves
garlic
; minced

Tomato
es; crushed
1/2 c
Parsley
; chopped

Tomato
sauce
1/2 ts Black
pepper
; coursely

Basil
Instructions for White Meat Ravioli
Place all ingredients, except pasta, in a large mixing bowl and combine thouroughly. Fill ravioli with mixture. Heat oil over medium heat. Stir-fry scallions and garlic for about 30 seconds.
