White Peach Sorbet Ingredients

11 oz Babcock white peaches,	1/4 c Plus
3/4 c Water	1 tb Sugar

Instructions for White Peach Sorbet

Puree all the ingredients in a blender until the sugar is completely dissolved. Pass through a sieve or strainer. Churn in an ice-cream machine according to the manufacturers instructions. Store in the freezer for up to 8 hours. Posted to EAT-L Digest 20 Jan 97 by "Maria A. Ladd" on Jan 20, 1997.
