Fresh Pasta with Cheese And Parma Ham Ingredients

25 g Butter; (1oz) Salt and freshly ground
25 g Plain flour; (1oz) 1 70 grams pac Parma ham;
450 ml Milk; ( 3/4 pint) 1 500 gram bag tagliatelle
50 g Parmesan cheese; grated 25 g Pine nut kernels; toasted

Instructions for Fresh Pasta with Cheese And Parma Ham

Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat and gradually stir in the milk. Return to the heat and bring to the boil, stirring continously. Remove from the heat, add 25g (1oz) of the cheese and season to taste. Gently stir in the Parma ham. Meanwhile cook the pasta following instructions on the pack, drain quickly. Mix well with the cheese sauce.
