Fruit Salad with Lemon-Lime Dressing Ingredients

1 Papaya; peeled, seeded, and	2 tb Fresh lemon juice
; cut into 1? chunks	2 tb Fresh lime juice
2 Bananas; sliced 1/2? thick	1 tb Dark rum; optional
1 Mango; peeled, stoned, and	2 tb Sugar; or to taste
; cut into 1? chunks	1 bn Mint; leaves only, coarsely
1 c One-inch chunked pineapple	Tiny sprigs of mint; for

Instructions for Fruit Salad with Lemon-Lime Dressing

In a large glass serving bowl or picnic container, combine all the fruits and toss very gently to mix. Sprinkle the lemon and lime juices, rum (if using), sugar and mint over the top and again toss gently to mix. Garnish with tiny mint sprigs before serving. This recipe yields 6 servings.
