Flock of Geese Chicken Salad Ingredients

8 Boneless skinless chicken	3/4 c Mayonnaise
2 c Red seedless grapes; halved	1/2 c Sour cream
2 c Salted cashew halves	1 tb Tarragon
2 Celery ribs; sliced	Lettuce leaves

Instructions for Flock of Geese Chicken Salad

In a large bowl, combine the first four ingredients; set aside. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream and tarragon; mix well. Pour over chicken mixture; toss to coat.
