Frankly Fake Feta Ingredients

1 lb Extra-firm regular or silken 2 tb Lemon juice or white wine
1 c Water 1 ts Salt
1/2 c Light miso

Instructions for Frankly Fake Feta

from Cooking with PETA Cut the tofu into slices or cubes. Combine the remaining ingredients to make a marinade, and pour over the tofu.
