French Bean And Corn Salad Ingredients

100 g French beans	FOR THE SEASONING
100 g Potatoes	3 ts Vinegar; (15 ml)
100 g Corn	1 ts Mustard powder; (5 g)
2 Carrots; julienned (100 g)	Salt and sugar to taste
A few tender lettuce leaves;	1 ts Oil; (5 ml)

Instructions for French Bean And Corn Salad

STRING the french beans and cut them diagonally. Boil, peel and dice the potatoes. Boil corn till tender. Mix vinegar, mustard powder, sugar, salt and oil. Combine french beans, carrots, potatoes and corn in a bowl. Pour vinegar mixture over the salad and stir. Garnish with lettuce leaves. Converted by MC_Buster.
