Earthquake Cake Ingredients

1 c Coconut 8 oz Cream cheese
1 c Chopped pecans 1 lb Powdered sugar
1 Box Betty Crocker german 1/2 c Margarine; softened
; mix

Instructions for Earthquake Cake

Spread coconut and pecans on the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Mix cake mix as directed on the box. Spread batter over pecans and coconut. Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar and margarine. Drop from a spoon in "dollops" onto the cake batter. DO NOT STIR. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Top of cake will be cracked. Mark C.
