  • 3 c Hot cooked rice; tossed with
  • 3 tb Sunflower seeds; lightly
  • 3 tb Finely chopped onion; red or
  • Salt and black pepper

Preparation

Set Oven to 400F. 2) In a baking dish, arrange fillets with skin side down, do not overlap. Squeeze the lemon juice over the fillets. Sprinkle with dill and add salt and pepper. Let stand for fifteen minutes. 3) Bake in a preheated oven approximately twelve minutes for each inch of thickness. Move baking dish to rack near broiler element. Fast and easy. family loved it and raved about it. I couldn't figure out the mayo either so I omitted it. Used an easy rice steamer with red pepper and green beans as side.

A very fast, easy recipe. However, I'm not sure what the mayonnaise is for since it doesn't say in the recipe. I didn't use any. I also found that one lemon was more than enough for two salmon fillets (about 1 lb total).
