Devilled Mushrooms on Toast Ingredients

25 g Butter 2 Spring onion tops; finely
75 g Mushrooms 1 tb Chopped fresh dill
1 ds White wine 1 sl White bread; toasted
2 fl Double cream

Instructions for Devilled Mushrooms on Toast

1 Melt the butter in a medium frying pan. Add the mushrooms and cook for 2-3 minutes. 2 Pour over the white wine and allow to reduce slightly. Add the cream, spring onions and dill.
