Dip n Dunk Guacamole Ingredients

1 Tomato; chopped	1/2 ts Ground coriander
1 Spring onion; finely chopped	1/2 ts Sea salt; up to 1, up to
1 ts Garlic puree or 1 fat clove	1 Lime; juice of
1/4 ts Ground cumin; up to 1/2, up	1 Ripe avocado

Instructions for Dip n Dunk Guacamole

Mix all the ingredients, except the avocado, together in a bowl and set aside until ready to serve. Halve the avocado, remove the stone and scoop out the flesh into a shallow bowl.
