Ingredients

2 Eggs, large
1/4 c Coffee
2 1/2 c Apples, peeled and sliced
Butter or non-stick spray
1/2 c Oil
2 c Flour
2 ts Cinnamon
1 1/2 c Granulated sugar
2 ts Baking soda
1 1/2 ts Vanilla extract
1 ts Salt
1 c Chopped nuts

Preparation

Grease a bundt cake pan with butter or nonstick spray. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Pour mixture into pan. Bake at 350?F for one hour. Serves 10-12 servings.
