Creamy Clam Dip Ingredients

8 ounces Cream cheese; softened 1 whole Shallots minced
1/4 cup Sour cream 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley leaves minced
2 6 1/2 oz cans Minced clams drained, reserving 3 tablespoons liquid3/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup Red bell pepper finely chopped1/8 teaspoon Cayenne

Instructions for Creamy Clam Dip

Accompaniment ideas:

Toasted pita wedges or potato chips.

In a bowl, whisk together cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients and salt to taste. Serve dip with toasts or chips. Makes about 2 cups.
