Creamy Rice Pudding Ingredients
1 3 ounces sho grain pudding
1 1/2 pt Jersey or breakfast
milk
;
2 oz Caster
sugar
; (50g)
1 oz
Butter
; (25g)
3 Schwartz
Bay Leaves
Schwartz Whole
Nutmeg

Instructions for Creamy Rice Pudding
Preheat oven to 400F, 200C, Gas Mark 6. Place the rice, sugar, Bay Leaves and milk in a large ovenproof dish. Cut the butter into small pieces and add to the dish. Stir well and sprinkle with freshly grated Nutmeg. Bake for 30 minutes. Reduce the temperature to 325F, 170C, Gas Mark 3, and cook for another 1 1/2 hours or until most of the milk has been absorbed.
