Creole Marinated Beef Tenderloin Ingredients

5 lb Beef tenderloin; trimmed of 1/4 c Cracked black pepper
10 oz Cajun Injector Marinade; any

Instructions for Creole Marinated Beef Tenderloin

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place beef in a baking dish. Inject marinade into the beef about 2 inches from each injection point. Rub the black pepper on all surface areas of the beef.
