Crisp Green Onion Bread Ingredients

250 g Flour 20 g White sesame seeds
3 g Sugar 50 g Spring onions; chopped
3 g Salt 175 ml Water; About
50 ml Vegetable oil 25 ml Sesame oil

Instructions for Crisp Green Onion Bread

SIEVE the flour into a mixing bowl. Add sugar, salt and vegetable oil. Mix well. Add enough water and bind to a smooth dough. Divide into four portions and roll into balls. Roll each ball into a round roti. Sprinkle sesame seeds, chopped spring onion and sesame oil over each roti. Roll the bread just like a paratha. Brush a little water and sprinkle sesame seeds over.
