Directions: Place the red pepper flakes into the vodka and let sit for one hour to absorb flavor. In a large saut? pan, place the vodka over high heat. When hot, light the vodka to burn off all the alcohol. When the flame dies, add the tomato sauce and half and half. Season with salt and pepper, stirring to combine.
