Cristinas Sushi Ingredients

Seaweed strips 2 Celery stalks - cut into
1 c Sushi-style rice - cooked 1/2 Cucumber - cut into long
Japanese horseradish paste; 1/2 c Fresh crabmeat
1 Carrot - cut into long 1/2 Avocado - sliced thin
2 Scallions - cut into long Soy sauce for dipping

Instructions for Cristinas Sushi

Directions: Using a bamboo sushi roller, lay one strip of seaweed on top of the bamboo square. Spread with the cooked rice. Next, spread the horseradish paste down the center. Layer the carrots, scallions, celery, cucumber, crab and avocado in a 1 inch strip down the center of the roll. Roll the bamboo roller tightly to create the sushi roll.
