Ingredients
- 3 c Cooked macaroni; (cooled)
- 1 lb Cooked crab or imitation
- 4 Boiled eggs; (mashed)
- 1/2 c Finely chopped green onions
- 1/2 c Frozen peas; (thawed only
- ; ice is gone)
- 1/2 c Shredded carrots
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mayonnaise; (enough to make
- ; creamy)
Instructions
Mix cold macaroni, green onions, carrots, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Gently stir in peas and then eggs. Store in refrigerator. If salad sits for a while you may need to keep adding mayonnaise.
